I went to the Total Rewards Center and the customer service rep said that I didn't have any offers. When I went to Harrahs this weekend and swiped my comp card at the kiosk, the birthday comp didn't show up. Before all my AC comps disappeared from the online offers page, I had $25 birthday comp that could be redeemed between March 1 & 31.
